Your dream job
Being a major player
- Support all stages of product marketing
- Enter product data into various programs
- Provide support in the preparation of Powerpoint presentations
- Update and track all product launch schedules with everyone involved in the process
- Obtain and maintain all product information and communicate it to various internal departments
- Gather all necessary information for graphic design of samples, installation documents, service documents, boxes, inserts and warranty documents
- Review all graphic designs and product literature
- Coordinate product names, code opening and product warranty levels
- Support product communications and social media
- Provide assistance with product management, reporting, sample graphic design review, etc.
- Run various reports
- Provide general support to the marketing department based on projects and deadlines
- Perform any other related duties
Our dream candidate
- Certificate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Natural writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills
- Passionate, dynamic, autonomous and resourceful
- Ability to work in an environment where teamwork is essential, where priorities are multiple and deadlines are often tight
